I am tired of getting treatments and having Accutane n all. Please someone suggest me some ointment for acne. I am pissed off

This is not acne. It's rosacea. Does it get worse in sun exposure , stress etc ? Discuss in detail so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given.

There is diffuse redness on nose along with acneiform eruption..it could be Rosacea rather than just acne..Require clear history to reach a proper diagnosis ..so that proper treatment can be started..
