Photo is included, what is this ? It is there for many years and not doing any problem or any discomfort. Is it a problem? And what could be surgery less treatment if possible.

Yes it's called pterygium. The only treatment is surgery. Till it is away from the center of cornea ,vision remains unaffected But once it reaches to centre ,it causes permanent loss of vision . So get it operated.

This is called as Grade 2-3 Nasal Pterygium. To avoid growth, stay away from sunlight and use refresh tears thrice a day. Ideally you should get it surgically removed-  a procedure called as pterygium excision with conjunctival Autograft.
