Hello madam,            Hope you are doing good. You need your right side lower second molar and left side lower first molar to be extracted. And then right side lower first molar seems to be infected in x-ray. One of the front tooth (central incisor) seems to be broken and it needs rootcanal.please confirm it with your dentist and also whether you have any clinical symptoms in other teeth.
