I have  pain in both ear And i have buzzing sound in left ear And i have heaviness in left ear I have this problem from last six months And i feel little bit hearing capacity reduced in left ear Attaching report Please let me was it done test correctly or not And what could be problem And i went to ent doctor said Ear looks normal And no hole

As per your report tuning fork test there's mild hearing loss on the lest ear and you say you have tinnitus in the same MRI report doesn't show any abnormalities. Your ENT specialist has informed your reports are fine
