Limited peritoneal spill seen . Left fallopian tube is not opacified . IMPRESSION : Left tubal block . Limited peritoneal spill from right tube -- ? peri-tubal adhesions

Sir as mentioned earlier the tubes are blocked an doesn't appear to be healthy It can either be due to some pelvic infection or tuberculosis So it's better go go for hysterolaproscopy procedure
