Please interpret my Beta Hcg Level

My LMP was 3rd December and my expected date of periods was on the 25th December. As of today, my menstrual cycle is delayed by 4 days. I got a Beta Hcg test done on the second day of my missed period i.e on the 27th. The report shows 0.18 of Hcg in my blood. Could i be possibly pregnant?
