My daughter is 21 months old and is having on and off fever since 2-3 days, has diarrhea and today even vomitted once. We just came from Qatar 5 days ago and was giving cow milk there changed her daily milk to amul for 2 days

Give her crocin for fever. Give enterogermina 1 vial twice a day for 3 days. Ensure she takes enough fluids,water ,coconut water, curd,ors.avoid fruit juice. You can give amul cow milk.may take 2 3 days to adjust. If loose motions ,vomiting persists consult a pediatrician
