From hematologist's point of view, this case needs to be evaluated further. It can be from sepsis ( infection), to any drug side effect and can be a form of blood cancer. Needs dedicated studies including, but not limited to, bone marrow, karyotype, infection markers, molecular studies depending upon her initial results.
