Can you please let me know if there is any problem with this report? Does this indicate blood cancer please answer, my friend is very sick admitted in hospital.

From hematologist's point of view, this case needs to be evaluated further. It can be from sepsis ( infection), to any drug side effect and can be a form of blood cancer. Needs dedicated studies including, but not limited to, bone marrow, karyotype, infection markers, molecular studies depending upon her initial results.

It may not look like leukemia primafacie but needs further investigation like bonemarrow, further blood studies etc. Kindly visit a hematologist for the same
