Please help me

In my  diagnostic centre, Yesterday, my one staff developed chickenpox, and today his whole body is covered with rashes. This morning, I suddenly noticed 2–3 similar spots on my body. I had chickenpox in childhood, but I’m worried if I am getting it again. Two doctors in my clinic here gave different advice — one prescribed Doxt XL 100, and another advised Acyclovir and calamine lotion. What should I do now? Please help me

Take acyclovir 400mg every 8 hours for 7 days. Tab Cetrizine 5mg morning and evening for 7 days. Apply zinc calamine lotion locally 2 to 3 times daily. Avoid scratching itchiness directly with fingers as boils can occur due to secondary infection. Keep yourself in isolation   till rashes clear up.
