Please Help in better medication

Sir my father got a brain stroke on 11feb after 4days of prior treatment in balasore govt hospital he admitted  in sum for  13days. Due to stroke he has now a multi organ problems. As per dr.  he has neurologically recovered from stroke now able to walk and talk though urogically and nephrologically he is facing problem l. Sir he developed unbelievable creatinine 6.4 and urea 107 during  stroke now feet swells in 1.5ltr water restriction. Dr. Told to take tide 10 daily twice.due to low pressure for last few days his telvas 20 has stopped by Dr. And he is on foly catheter from 13feb ( 4- 5 times has changed and replaced) as he is unable to urinate self. He is taking medications for neurology,urology,nephrology,ànd endocrinology Please sir suggest  any better medication. Sir due to lockdown it is impossible to visit the same Dr. then another  kidney dr suggested seeing all report that my father is developing heart problems so he suggested to give 1tab tide plus (tide 10/25). How manyday?

Sorry to hear about your father. Need his complete blood profile. Stroke patients usually need good Chest and limb physio. Other wisehe can have pooling of secretion in the chest. We r not aware of his conscious status. He is a diabetic or not. Tide usually caues low potassium which can be deleterious for heart hence proper monitoring is required.

I would like to know more about his admission details when he was admitted with stroke As of now the report shows good improvement in renal function as creatinine is come down from what level you have told before which was detected at admission As it improved significantly he seems to have a acute renal failure So he will definitely need to change the doses
