Please help

I had acid reflux problem few days back due to which my heart beat use to increase..But now i am scared of eating outside whenever i eat abit also i feel my heart rate is really high i get tensed n panicky...what should i do??

I don’t think these both are interconnected. But yes, being panicky can definitely raise your heart rate. Show to a physician for general check up of body . Acid reflux is common problem anybody can  experience due to bad food or digestion issue and little uneasiness like heart beats raise is nothing serious. Also being precious about food intake for few days is very normal behavior. However, if you overthink about this incident and worry too much about food and acid reflux, then you are slowly getting into anxiety. Better to avoid it from the beginning.
