Hello i dont have heart palpitations but ya i can feel sensation in middle of my throat and neck..Not as if my heart is beating really fast or pounding but normally...is it normal to feel there?? And 3 months back ecg and echo was done it was normal...

Your complaints does not suggest cardiac problem, could be anxiety related,consult physician
