Hello Doc, I am a lactating mother to 6 months old. I had a small pimple on left lower side of breast and it was itchy. Now it has subsided with this dark thing and reddish circle around it. What is this?? Can I apply tbact? Is this tinea? Please check the pics. Thanks in advance for help.
