Dear Doctors, Hope you are doing good and are safe. I have just recovered from Covid a week ago. Had been a BP patient but sorry I was not taking medicines from few months. Now I'm having headache, Back of head, Left side etc. Checked BP, 160/100. Is this the reason? Taking Telma 80 mg now as prescribed by a doctor . Hope nothing serious here. Please help. Just bit tensed.

Continue medications as prescribed.. regular monitoring of bp. Fluid intake should be more than 3 litres per day, restrict salt intake, minimal exercise. The symptoms should come down.
