Had taken ipill 7 days back. it was last day of my period. yesterday had some nauseous feeling but today it is fine. but im having some spotting today. is it pregnancy or ipill side effect

This is the side effect of pill.Do pregnancy test by blood or urine.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
