One day I suddenly started feeling like I am doing what I am here, why should I come here its very feeling scared and i wil came to doctor but no releif please help anyone

Human mind is meant to feel emotions negative as well as positive. When we get overwhelmed with feelings and are unable to lead a normal life we need help. I am glad you are seeking help. If there is no relief express the same.
