Since 1 week I have a pimple like bump on my cheek, I applied an ayurvedic cream on it for last 2 days now a brown patch has been created around it and it's painful while touching. Here by I am attaching the The picture of it . Please suggest what is it and what should I do ? 🙏 (Non smoker, non alcoholic )

Hii.. It could be pimple but due to application of those products it has created some Allergic reaction and turned brown... Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage to skin Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use clindamycin cream for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
