Please advise the diagnose as per attached biopsy report Symptoms Frequently mouth ulcer Weight loss 12 kg since 2 years Gas Stool not coming in shape (motion 1 times a day) No fever No stomache Frequent stomach upset with heavy meals Please help me diaogonse the desease as per bipsy reoprt and colonscopy
