Hi my 2days old baby boy's platelets Going down and now it's count is 50k. It's a premature birth. He born before 8 months complete and now he is under treatment. Please suggest what can we do best

Premature baby have low platlet count I have to check what was platlet count at birth If  birth count is above  1.5 lac And todays count is  50 k  then It may be early indicator of sepsis
