Sir from last 7 months my platelets are fluctuating and when count goes down I have heavy weakness and headache. All test are normal other than platelets. When platelet count goes down neutrophils decreases and lymphocytes increases. This phenomenon continue from last 7 months along with weakness. As the weakness increases my hunger also increases. Also as soon as I have meal, within 10 to 20 minutes I have to go for latrine.

There may be associated bacterial infection in blood causing fall in platelets and WBC. Do blood culture at the time of fall in platelets. Check MCV, MCHC, Iron and ferritin levels to ruke out vit B12/ iron deficiency which may result in such condition.
