Platelets down from 1.15 lakh to 90k

Hi, I have been taking meftal forte and my fever has consistently been 102 for 4 days now. Platelets dropped from 1.15 lakh to 90k in 2 days. Any cause to worry or be hospitalised ? I’m tested negative for dengue, malaria and typhoid.

Hello, CITRUS FRUITS LIKE ORANGE, LEMON KIWI,  GOOSEBERRY  ARE BENIFICIAL IN LOW PLATELET COUNT. PLENTY OF WATER. COMPLETE BED REST IF FEVER IS  THEIR TABLET PARACETAMOL 500 MG TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAY OR AS REQUIRED. REGULARLY  CHECK  PLATELET COUNT. O. K, BYE.
