Had fever from last two days now platelets are down earlier I am suffering from liver cirrhosis any suggestions please

For fever only take Dolo 650 twice a day..Hydrate urself..can Take Tab Caripil twice a day as of now but proper Physician Consultation for Diagnosis  And Everyday CBC for platelet count is must
