Hello Doctor, Mere husband ko dengue diagnose hua hai. Monday ki report me platelet count 140 tha and wednesday ki report me 102 ho gya. Hum papaya leaf ki goli, papaya, kiwi, coconut water sab de rahe hai, fir b count decrease ho rha.. Please suggest admit kra dena chahiye?

Consult Now
Wait for platelets to raise till 6th day of fever. If count goes below 50,000 then you'll gonna need to hospitalise him. Otherwise you can manage on high fluid with Immunity booster diet plan.
