My dad had fever 5 days ago.. Platelets decreased to 1,00000 and then within 2 days it became 70000.. Today morning platelet count was 70000 and now by evening it's as low as 34000. What is the problem? He is not having Dengue fever

IT'S MAINLY DUE TO DENGU, PR DECREASE IMMUNITY OR IDIOPATHIC. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI GOOSEBERRY BLUEBERRY ETC CONSUME THIS THE PLATELET COUNT INCREASE. O.K, BYE.
