Plate atlectasis in left lower lobe. • Both pleural spaces are clear.No obvious cavitation or consolidation seen. There are sub-centimeter sized pre,para tracheal, precarinal, hilar and bilateral axillary nodes are seen,indeterminate in etiology doubtful for clinical significance.
