Hello, I'm affected with psoriasis on the palms and soles of my feet. I've attached pic. Please help as i'm not getting any remedy. I used in salicylic acid and moisturex.

Psoriasis makes the skin  thick and dry.  It can cause painful cracks making it difficult to walk with bare foot.Over a period of time, Psoriasis can also affect nails and small joints of hands and feet.In small percentage of cases it can spread to other parts of the body also.
