Planning Pregnancy after a miscarriage

Hi, unfortunately I had a miscarriage during my 8th month of pregnancy last year in October. We again want to plan for pregnancy since it's almost been 1 year. Please guide what tests I should get done. Last time it was a severe IUGR pregnancy, baby did not grow beyond 800 g.
