Hi. Greetings. You both must be on strict contraceptive measures either physical methods or by using pills while your wife is on isotretinoin. This should be continued at least for one month and For being doubly cautious and if u r in no hurry of having children three months after isotretinoin is stopped, as this is the policy even followed in some countries and in some blood banks.
