Planning for pregnancy

My LMP was on 21st September, on 16th LMP I have checked for follicular scan and report said egg is there on left ovary and about to rupture. So for checking pregnancy when I have to take test. What usual symptoms I will be having for pregnancy. Or can I go for again follicular scan for getting the status.
