Hi, what are the essential tests required ahead of planning a pregnancy? Can we start taking FAA20 medication 3 months before pregnancy if there are no major health issues? Are there any better options for multivitamins medicines available which as antioxidants as well and can be taken as we prepare for pregnancy?

FAA 20 seems to be a non specific supplement which is not related to pregnancy. Please take Folic acid 5 mg tablet once a day.  You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area who is working on Infertility.
