Hi we are planning for a baby this year. I am having epilepsy having medicines tegrital 300 cr, levipil 500 and lametec 100 DT. Medication is going on since year 2000 onwards. i am 29 years old now and my wife is 26. my wife is healthy. What are the precautions to be taken at the time of conceiving.

As your wife is fit there will no issue in starting a family. Consult a obstetrician
