Hello Its nice that you are planning for pregnancy.please do few investigtion if you are not able to get positive result For Husband -Semen analysis For wife- S.LH,S.FSH,S.TSH,AMH,S ESTRADIOL,and one pelvic USG If all the tests are normal than you should go to assisted reproducive techniques such as ovulation induction,IUI and last IVF Thanks
