Planning after 1 mnth of R-Vac & travel

Can I start planning after 1 month of taking R-Vac? Is it safe? I had a miscarriage in my 4th week of pregnancy a few months back. And I want to start planning from next month. And is it safe to travel long distance by car during the 3rd/4th week or during the implantation stage? Please help. I don't want another failed pregnancy. All my reports are normal.

Yes Safe Priir  to the confirmation of pregnancy you can travel but once the pregnancy is confirmed avoid travelling for the first 12weeks
