1. After sex we take bath or not
2. After Ovulation we need to have sex or not
3. If we are planing baby............ we can travel long journey or not if we travel pls let me know the minimum travel distance. Bcz every month one or 2 times i m travelling 100 to 130 Kil mtr. and short travel - daily im travelling 24 Km.
4. And how to check - when men will be releasing good sperm.

You can lead a normal life ,bathe ,have sex,travel around ,and once you are pregnant ,seek advice after detailed check up.
