Plane surface and mobile screen looks like curved shape with or without spect…..with spect i can understand the power and any error can see like this…but without spect also look curved what is the reason.....details are attached below....spect number are R-8.5,0.75 L 9.5,2.00

Go for complete corneal and also retina evaluation as there might be retinal changes due to high refractive error
