Placenta maturity-pregnancy

I had an anamoly scan done at 19 weeks. The babies growth was normal. The report showed placenta grade 2 maturity. Currently, I am 27 weeks pregnant. I have moved from Mumbai to Hyderabad. The gayenacologist I want to consult is out of station for around 3 weeks. I am worried if the placenta maturity has become grade 3 and what the effect on baby will be. Please advice if I should wait for my doctor or consult another gayenacologist
