I am diagnosed with pituatary adenoma. Is it curable or not? I am using cabergoline once a week. I am getting severe headache and breast discharge. So went for MRI where it is diagnosed

You have pituitary microadenoma most likely prolactinoma considering your symptoms You need to continue cabergoline once a week and get your vision checked with mri brain every 6 months to see if the Adenoma has increased or is compressing the optic nerve
