Pins and needles pain on the scalp of my head at diff points with mild headache.. I also have gerd.. it suddenly started since two months now..

Noticed sudden since 2 months and you are a professional. Need to start a routine and follow it. Daily walks and exercises Relaxation therapy like deep breathing and meditation. Avoid sitting after immediately having food. Thanks
