Pink Spotting 5 days before period

Hi doc, recently I have started this issue of spotting before my period starts. It is pink/reddish. Had this in October, then November was all good. Again I am experiencing this now and I am due for my periods in next 5 days. Less chance that I am pregnant. I have hypothyroidism and I am diabetic. I was put on ovacare and normoz that I am not taking regularly Please advice!
