Pinching pain on right/ left chest

I'm having pinching pain on my right and left chest from past 2 months. When I press on middle of my chest it hurts.ECG done, no problem detected.X Ray done. Reports are normal.Went to the doctor and came to know it is costochondritis.My question is how much time it would take to heal. it is costochondritis. How much time it would take to heal.

In days to weeks... each person responds differently to treatment but however it is not a serious issue at all
