Pinching pain in scrotum

I hav pinching sensation in scrotum as if someone is pinching me with a pin. It makes me embarrassed when sitting in public. Readjustment of testicles or penis doesn't help. I cant avoid itching my scrotum. It happens any time. Sometime pinching pains too & is unbearable. Looking at scrotum it looks normal to me.
