Pinching Chest pain after sleeping

I am getting pinching chest pain just after sleeping, had two ECG in January and February due to same issue, both came out to be normal. Also performed TMT in February and it also came negative. I have taken anta acids for pain relieving, but still not getting any results.

Hi, your symptoms may be due to gastritis or anxiety. Consult with medical gastroenterologist for further evaluation. Do echocardiogram test if not done earlier.
