So from last few week i have scribes skin disease also iteching so i was applying permeate cream and soap (also in both underarms armpit) but   right now iteching is stopped and i stopped using cream and soap beacuse of my iteching is gone almost and but from last 1 week i feel in mostly my right hand and underarms like someone is putting needles and also some pain small ulcer which problem i facing and its treatment should i continue with those cream and soap ? Thanks i also mostly at home and i wear tight cloths
