Pinched pain in thumb and index finger

Hi doctor from today morning I am having pinched feel on my left and thumb and index finger. If I touch anything I get poking feel like a small thorn poking. Is this a nerve problem or skin related problem kindly let me know.

yes this may be a nerve problem called carpal tunnel syndrome you have to consult me on practo for advice
