Today I was lying at afternoon. Suddenly I feel like needle like sharp headache in between my head. It last for few seconds . Pain come and goes like there is blocking viens in my brain. Can you please tell me does it sign of a stroke or it is due to anxiety?? I'm already in blood pressure medication and anxiety medication

What is your work profile? Why were you lying down in the afternoon, were you not feeling well since morning? These things need to be asked Second, did you take your bp medication in morning, and did you check the BP when you had this headache
