I Hve pimples on my whole face nd dark spots on my face. I don't break pimples still it became spots nd it is nt only during period time Bt also rest other times

Acne is a condition that can be easily treated. Management depends on the stage of your acne. You need review by a good dermatologist/ cosmetologist for better maintenance. Advice- avoid squeezing pimples.
