You have to manage it holistically, have a four pronged approach, along with standard medicines, food according to body type and some herbs, along with routine medicine, Will help other two things are breath management and exercise, this should help counter stress and sleep cycle regularisation, which is utmost important in managing PCOD like conditions. I follow a holistic multipronged approach for best and consistent results.
