On my whole body even on my head under hairs some kind of pimples is grown up. These pimples grown up and spread whole over the body so suddenly, i had noticed these pimple back 2-3 days.

I think you are probably having urticaria. If by pimples you mean red raised rashes. Please call me or send photos through online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
