As you can see in pictures that i m having pimples on testis,i have visited 4 dermatology docter, each docter has different reviews one say that its epidermoid cyst ,another say its infection and it will take time and have to do laser treatment 3rd one say its purigo with infection,4th docter say its scabies and laser treatment will not be appropriate for it to i m totally confused whom should i believe or have trust. Day by day the condition is becoming worst and worst feeling itchy too and  whole day i m thinking abt this only how it will go and  in future it will give promblem or not or any side effects ? So pls help me to solve this problem as soon as possible
