Dear Sir / Madam I have small red pimples on legs looks like it's filled with bad blood there is no pain though , some healed automatically , some I have still . please refer photos & suggest what it could be .

It's a flat seb keratosis.wil need a simple procedural removal.if left alone also for now it's nothing to worry about..
